AS215750 is open to establishing peering relationships with organizations that meet one or more of the following criteria:
1.Networks are present at the same Internet Exchange (IX) point.
2.Colocation or Hosting customers.
3.Networks with large-scale infrastructure that can connect via PNI for peering purposes.

Our peering policy includes the following requirements:
1.Both parties must have a fully functional Network Operations Center (NOC) with the contact information provided for escalation purposes.
2.Each network must maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the PeeringDB and respective RIR databases.
3.Peers must implement proper filtering, including prefix filtering, max-prefix limits, and traffic engineering techniques, to ensure network stability and security.
4.Peers are expected to maintain a minimum traffic volume to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship.
5.china mainland area is allowed peering with tunnel (transfer is limited in china mainland & edu usage only)

AS215750欢迎与符合以下条件之一的组织建立对等关系：

1. 网络在同一个互联网交换（IX）节点内存在。
2. 作为我们的托管或主机客户。
3. 拥有大规模基础设施并可通过PNI（专线互联）进行对等连接的网络。

我们的对等互联政策包含以下要求：

1. 双方都必须设有完全运作的网络运营中心（NOC），并提供联系方式以便紧急情况升级处理。
2. 每个网络必须在PeeringDB和相应的RIR（区域互联网注册机构）数据库中维护准确且最新的信息。
3. 对等网络应实施适当的过滤措施，包括前缀过滤、最大前缀限制和流量工程技术，以确保网络的稳定性和安全性。
4. 对等双方应保持最低流量要求，以确保双方互惠互利。
5. 中国大陆地区允许通过隧道进行对等互联。但我们不提供跨境传输，该类仅作学习BGP和交流用途。
